Everything Everywhere All At Once

This year has been a whirlwind. It has been a mix of some of the best moments and some of the most challenging life can bring all at once. Closing the chapter on college and turning 24 feels like stepping into a new version of myself. It’s one that learning to trust the process and move forward without constantly looking back. I have been doing a lot of inner work; letting go of old habits, shifting my mindset, and releasing things that no longer serve me. This chapter in my life is necessary to become more grounded and intentional with my life.

At the same time, 2026 has brought a heaviness that is hard to actually explain. At the beginning of this month, my mother in law was called home. It is a huge adjustment learning how to navigate these big life moments while also holding space for that absence. Some days feel lighter and hopeful, while others feel more quiet and reflective. It has shown me how unpredictable life can be, and how everything can coexist; growth, change and reflection.

What I am learning the most is how to keep moving forward even when things feel uncertain. So far this year has taught me patience with myself and with life. Nothing has looked exactly how I expected to, but there has been growth in that too.

Right now, I am taking things day by day. Staying present, appreciating the good moments as they come, and continuing to build a life that feels more aligned, more peaceful, and more me.
