Choosing Yourself Daily

Rebuilding the relationship with self is leaning to enjoy your own company, setting boundaries, and forgiving yourself for past mistakes. It also means celebrating small wins and remembering to applaud for yourself no matter what. Choosing yourself daily does not have to be BIG changes. It can look like saying no when something is draining you, making time to rest and recharge, or simply giving yourself affirmations. It is the little choices you make that stack on top of each other that remind you: YOU MATTER

A Lifelong Commitment

Being in a relationship with yourself is not about being perfect. It is about showing up for yourself every day and giving yourself patience and kindness. When you do, every other connection in your life becomes healthier.
